Approach

Our team come from diverse backgrounds, from ad-tech to journalism, which means we come at the intelligent transport challenge with a different approach – we just want to make tech that makes a difference. We knew it wasn’t good enough to just keep improving the existing systems, so we started from scratch using our experience of #personalisation, #machine learning and #big data to empower #MaaS, #smart cities, #autonomous vehicles and all the other exciting things that are happening in global transport.

Who we look for

We take recruitment seriously. We want happy, empowered people with a different way of looking at things - people who can question the status quo and come up with better ways of doing things. We want people who will stay with us, take ownership, grow with us and make the journey more enjoyable. Every project relies on our dedicated team to research, steer and deliver so we can deliver the very best seamless journeys - so our people are our best product.

We're not always recruiting but we're always interested to hear from interesting people. Developers, creatives, project and office supremos - if you'd like to find out more, drop us a line with a covering letter and CV or pop in for a coffee.

Oxford - techie roles

Our dev team are based in our Oxford office, and although flexible working is always an option, permanent remote working is not. What we do is complex, so it's essential that you're in the office on a regular basis!
