And the best part is, we can do all of it without tracking your personal details, location or data!
Our Last Mile feature will take you to your final destination. By that, we mean your real final destination – and not just when your train arrives, your bus stops or your flight lands.

So, how does it work?
When you arrive at your stop on the train or bus, our personalised messaging will outline the options available to you for your onward journey. You’ll be notified of walking routes, nearby taxis, buses and even e-scooters, alongside the total travel time for each mode of transport.
To access First & Last Mile, all you need to do is plan your journey using Zipabout, which is currently available on Messenger and WhatsApp.
Typical journey planners will get you from A to B but are generally only available in big cities that offer enhanced transport links. They’re also not as apt at updating passengers on any sudden changes or delays, leaving people in the lurch if they have to find alternative routes.
