You

You will have a strong track record in the UK bus industry with a “black book” that opens doors and your finger on the pulse of the industry. You’re a ‘people person’ adept at building strong relationships with decision makers in the industry.  Highly articulate, you have a gift for helping operators join-the-dots internally and understand how they can gain the most value from our product.  You’ll want to build your own team to enable you to operate at optimal capacity and you’llbe d riven to bank sales and look for the next opportunity.  

Core duties
  • Primary purpose: to increase the number of enterprise contracts we have, opening doors across the UK bus sector
  • To enable clients to see the value we can deliver for them
  • Building, leading, managing and developing the UK sales team
  • Working closely with senior management to shape product and strategy
  • A catalyst for the expansion of the business into Europe
Vital experience
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise level contracts in the digital or CX space
  • Solid relationships with commercial decision makers throughout the bus industry in the UK
  • Strong leadership and people/team management experience
  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken

Location

We have a lovely newly refurbished office in the heart of Leamington Spa and this is a hybrid office/WFH role.  We’d expect you to spend a decent amount of time in our office initially in order to onboard and become a vital member of the Senior Management Team. Once you’re up and running we’d expect you to be out and about maintaining relationships and selling, but we’d still need you to pop in regularly to engage with the team face to face.  Candidates based in Europe are encouraged.
