You will be an established sales presence in the European rail industry with a “black book” that opens doors and your finger on the pulse of what’s going on. You’re a ‘people person’ adept at building strong relationships with decision makers in the industry. Highly articulate, you have a gift for helping operators join-the-dots internally and understand how they can gain the most value from our product/service. You’ll want to build your own to enable you to operate at optimal capacity and you’ll be driven to bank sales and look for the next opportunity.
We have a lovely newly refurbished office in the heart of Leamington Spa, an hour by train from central London. We’d expect you to spend time in our office initially in order to onboard and become a vital member of the Senior Management Team. Once you’re up and running we’d expect you to be out and about maintaining relationships and selling across Europe, but we’d still need you to pop in regularly to engage with the team face to face. Candidates based in Europe are encouraged.
