Our Creative Partnerships department is growing to support our exciting expansion into Europe. We need bright, ambitious people to join the team and support us in everything you do. In return for keeping the wheels of the office turning you’ll gain insight into every aspect of what an agency-model creative team does – from brand and design to campaigns and relationship management.  This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a rapidly growing business punching well above its weight.

You’ll be starting out in your career with a thirst to learn all you can about the creative industry.  You might not have direct creative experience – but it’s likely you can demonstrate your creative interest.  You’ll love rolling your sleeves up and pitching in wherever the team needs you and you’ll want to be learning loads of new skills to support you as you establish your career.

Core duties


  • Supporting the Creative Partnerships team across the board – helping with events, real-world projects, research, and creative
  • Relationship management and stakeholder liaison
  • Campaign management and administration
  • Getting stuck in to carrying out research projects and supporting live trials with our partners
  • Assisting with media relations and events, including coordination of media materials and collateral
  • Help create content across channels to support the commercial aims of the business

Office Management

  • Provision of team admin support to aid the smooth running of the office; maintaining office order, petty cash purchasing
  • Ownership of the office supplier / contractor relationships, e.g. cleaners, utilities, waste management, alarm maintenance
  • HR support: onboarding/offboarding, scheduling interviews
  • Fire and health & safety management
  • Answering the ‘phone professionally and taking clear and concise messages
  • Front of house – meet & greet visitors; present a professional front to the business
  • Fire Marshall duties: fire drills / fire alarm testing
  • Team first aider duties; accident book, first aid kit
  • Key holder and responsible for opening and closing the office every day
  • Updating/maintaining records e.g. asset register, filing
  • Ideas for team socials and running their logistics
  • Making the office a great environment to work in
Vital experience
  • Great attention to detail in everything you do
  • Able to work independently and as part of the core team
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
  • Highly organised, able to juggle and prioritise across multiple projects.
  • Creative background
  • Confident at interacting with senior individuals
  • Comfortable navigating the uses of social media
  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken English
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial and able to think outside the box
  • Strong sense of initiative and have-a-go attitude
  • Desire to learn and grow in the role
  • Any work experience in an agency setting, or equivalent internship would be a bonus!
